1. How much does Steps2Infinity Cost?
The only cost involved is one-time fee of $5 (plus fees dependent on payment processor used). There are no monthly fees and no additional costs ever.

2. Can I join for Free?
You can join for free, but in order to participate in our affiliate commission structure you must contact admin first to have your account activated. This can take up to 10 business days. Our product is providing advertising solutions and for this there is a cost of $5. To activate your account immediately all you have to do is purchase the advertising package and then you are instantly eligible to earn from our affiliate commission structure.

3. What types of payment processors do you take?
Currently we take Alertpay, Liberty Reserve, SolidTrustPay and SafePaySolutions, which are all automatic, which means your account is updated immediately and you are activated. You can use your credit card though Alertpay, SolidTrustPay or SafePaySolutions. (NOTE Credit Cards are no longer accepted through SafePaySolutions here at S2I due to large costs of chargebacks - SPS charges companies $40 for a single chargeback on $6)

4. What do I get for my $5?
We provide advertising solutions for your $5 fee. These resources may change but include paid sources, like solo ads, banner or text link ads, traffic exchange credits and PRO safelist memberships. You always get GREAT value for your $5.
Once you have paid for your advertising you are also immediately eligible to earn from our affiliate commission structure.

5. What is the monthly cost to continue in Steps2Infinity?
There are no monthly fees with S2I. We only charge the one time fee of $5 (plus ecurrency fees).

6. What is your policy on issuing refunds?
If you are not satisfied with the S2I program, you will receive a full refund by submitting a support ticket within 72 hours of your initial purchase. The refund will be to the original ecurrency account you purchased with.

7. How quickly do you pay?
S2I will pay you your cycling payments within 48 hours of you requesting payment.
As soon as you have $5 in your account you can request the withdrawal from the Cash History link in your members area.
Make sure your payment details are filled out properly.
For Diamond level payments you will be paid on EVERY member who joins your downline within 48 hours.

8. Am I allowed to purchase multiple positions?
For Sure! We actually recommend it if you can afford it. If you buy 3 additional positions then you only need to fill your second level to get your first cycle! You can even use the same email address for all your positions - you just need individual usernames.

9. Can I buy into a higher level?
At this time you cannot. We considered this but thought it would be more fair to all members to limit this. You can buy multiple positions under your first one and can automatically be entered into higher levels this way. (For example buy 12 additional positions under your first and get placed into the next level, along with your 13 original positions!)

10. Where do my re-entries go and who is the referrer?
At bronze level - your re-entries both go back into bronze (along with an entry up into Silver). At the higher levels, one re-entry goes back into the same level you just cycled from while the remaining re-entries go back into Bronze level with you as the referrer.

11. What the heck is Rhodium?
I get that one a lot :) - Rhodium is a very rare silvery-white hard transition metal and a member of the platinum group. It is usually the most expensive precious metal, though it is sometimes surpassed by rhenium. Rhodium has been used for honours, or to symbolize wealth, when more commonly used metals such as silver, gold, or platinum are deemed insufficient. Current market price: $9750 per ounce.

12. I just got an email saying "Your new enrollee has just become verified".
Why can't I see them in my downline?
To become verified only means that they have verified their email address. In order for them to enter your matrix and become visible they need to upgrade their account by paying their member fee of $5.

13. What if I do not want to participate in your affiliate program?
That is no problem at all. Our main focus is providing valuable advertising for a fair price. The affiliate program is just a bonus to help grow our business and those of our Advertising Partners.

14. I am already a member but I just got an email saying I just signed up, but I didn't and my last name is followed by ReEntry. What is up?
That means you have cycled and have cash in your main position! That position added is your 2nd Reentry Position which is manually added. We put ReEntry, RE, SRE, PRE, etc after your name to show you it is a recycle position. Your 1st Reentry has the same id as your original.

15. I just cycled but I can't see how to make my withdrawal request. Why?
To request a cashout, you must fill in your personal details.
Once you have filled in that information along with your payment account details, a button to request payout will appear.
